What we collect

• Account information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and subscription status — never your full card number.
• Product data: the minimum needed to run your dispositions: unit records, move-out dates, deduction lines with their photo/receipt references, and generated statements. (Hosted photo storage is on the roadmap; today you keep the photo files and the service validates their references.)
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We never collect bank credentials or deposit funds — the service tracks documentation, not money.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Vault data is retained while your subscription is active. On cancellation, a full export (CSV + photo ZIP) is available on request; data is deleted within 30 days after. Email us for earlier deletion.
